ImmigrationHelp.org
An east-coast based non-profit that aims to help young adult immigrants complete their DACA (Deferred Action Childhood Arrivals) application to obtain legal status in the United States. I was challenged to increase conversions by conducting user research, prototype a new homepage, and (web) develop that redesign.

Project Kick-Off
From my initial conversations to gather context for the redesign, I synthesized the project scope into these two graphics to align with the non-profit stakeholders.
Prototyping & Testing
Once aligned, I created an initial rough content layout in Figma. From there I had taken the layout into wire-framing and prototyping. User testing on both past users and new potential ones provided insight and helped shape each iteration.
Before & After
After design approval with stakeholders, I had developed the prototype into the organization’s web platform and created responsive layouts for 4 different devices: desktop, laptop, tablet, and mobile. The redesign is currently live!
